2016 California State Science Fair Winners

At the California State Science Fair, Orange County students from grades 6th-12th received a number of top prizes. A total of 32 students won awards at the CSSF held on May 23-24, 2016 at the California Science Center, Los Angeles

 

Varun Mandi, a senior at Troy High School, was named California State Science Fair Student of the Year, and Elizabeth (Kayee) Conrad, McPherson Magnet School, Orange USD, was recognized as California State Science Fair Teacher of the Year on May 24th at the California State Science Fair.

 

Combining the results from the Intel International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) and the California State Science Fair (CSSF) – Orange County students made a remarkable performance in top competition.
