Water existed on Earth 3.8 billion years ago. Ocean, rivers and lakes cover about 70 percent of Earth’s surface areas. All living organisms require water in order to sustain life on this planet and to promote a healthy ecosystem.

The water cycle is an important process to allow water to travel around the surface, atmosphere, and underground. The four stages of the water cycle are precipitation, collection, evaporation, and condensation.

Humans depend on usages of water for drinking water, cooking the food, cleaning or bathing for personal hygiene and waste management. Water is unique in its both Chemical and Physical properties.

With so many functions, these are the ways people can take advantage of the Chemical and Physical Properties. The chemical property of water being two hydrogen atoms bonded with an oxygen atom. An example of describing the physical properties is when a person’s temperature is high and the sweat (water) is the physical property comes out of a person’s body to cool the body by evaporating.
